At Claire’s Beauty, your satisfaction truly matters to me. I’ve built this little shop on trust, transparency, and care — and I want every part of your experience to reflect that. This policy is designed to protect both you and the integrity of the products I offer.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If something didn’t work out, I offer a fair and simple solution — especially if it’s your first time trying one of my products.


Eligibility

  • Applies only to single product purchases (not bundles, multi-packs, or promotions)

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Valid for first-time purchases only of that specific product


No Returns Required (for opened products)

For hygiene and environmental reasons, opened products don’t need to be returned.
If it didn’t work for you, I invite you to pass it along to a friend or loved one who might enjoy it more.


Refunds Based on Product Condition

  • Unopened and sealed: Eligible for a full refund, minus shipping and payment processing fees. The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Opened products: Not eligible for a refund. Still, I appreciate any feedback — photos or notes help me improve.


First-Time Try Only

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a product.
Repeat orders of the same item are not eligible.


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Terms & Conditions

Exclusions

  • Bundles, multi-packs, discounted sets, and free gifts

  • Accessories or tools sold through Claire’s Beauty

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Discounted Purchases

Refunds are based on the discounted price paid, not the full retail price.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund lowers your total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted

Policy Misuse

A 5% administration fee may be deducted to cover processing costs.
Excessive or fraudulent refund activity may result in exclusion from future refunds or account suspension.


For Returning Customers

If you're a returning customer and something goes wrong, I’m still here to help. Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The issue is reported within 30 days

  • The product arrived damaged (please provide photos)

  • The product is faulty or not performing as expected (photos or videos help)

In some cases, I may ask for the LOT number of the product to investigate further.
Refunds for bundles apply only to the affected item(s).


Regular Return Policy

For non-cosmetic items or orders outside the Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
